I found Capital Financial Group to be an average company overall. Their website, capitalfingroup.com, is easy to navigate and has all the necessary information. However, I wasn't too impressed with their customer service. They could have been more responsive and helpful. In terms of rates, they were on par with other financial companies. Overall, a decent experience.
