Retail sites, llc has provided me with an average shopping experience. The website, retailsites.net, is easy to navigate and has a good selection of products. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. My order took longer than expected to arrive and when I reached out for assistance, I received a generic response that didn't address my issue. Overall, it was an okay experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
