This weekend was the worst hotel experience I have...

This weekend was the worst hotel experience I have EVER had, and I travel a lot. From my 1 year old daughter turning around with a pistachio seed in her mouth that was NOT ours 2 min after being in our Suite, to the pool staff not giving me change because they only carry quarters and the employee telling me, "if it's that big of a deal I'll go get you the change out of my purse!, When I simply asked why they do not give change. She then stated, "This is Vegas no one carries change" with a rotten tone in her voice (Not to mention it is fully illegal to just assume people don't want their change...the hotel is profiting quite a bit off people's change), to room service not answering the phone an hour before they closed, to the General Manager stating that he does not know why his employees are not answering and that they were not answering his calls either, to him then calling us back saying sorry, but they are now closed so there is nothing I can do, to him then transferring me to another manager that was not even working.
The restaurants took over 40 min to fill drink orders and over an hour and half to bring food. In addition, the keys they gave us to our room did not work so my 3 children were freezing waiting in the hallway for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to bring keys that actually work.
I am a very patient and understanding person and I understand that people get busy; however, when you speak to me with a rude tone and treat me like trash and just simply do not do your job, I will speak up. The change was beside the point, it was the rude attitude of the staff and their failure to do their job that bothers me.
