As a customer of Pine Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, I must say that the overall service provided by the staff is average. The facility is clean and well-maintained, but there is room for improvement in terms of the quality of care. The staff members are polite and friendly, but sometimes it feels like they are overwhelmed with their workload. There have been instances where my loved one's needs were not promptly attended to, which is concerning. However, I appreciate the effort put into organizing recreational activities for the residents, as it helps create a positive and engaging environment.
