I had a mixed experience with Direct first aid & safety. Their website, directfas.com, was easy to navigate and had a good selection of first aid and safety products. I found their prices to be reasonable and their customer service was helpful when I had questions about specific products. However, I was disappointed with the shipping time for my order. It took longer than expected to arrive, which was frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
