I bought a box just over a year ago and was told there would be no fees and that's why the price of the box was so high so I weighed the high price vs the no yearly fees and felt the cost was justified. I have to admit the box worked great and the interface was excellent BUT it's now stopped working and they want a yearly fee. Unfortunately I can trust them any longer and therefore wont be sending them more $ since there's no guarantee it will even work if I do or for how long. plus the office has closed and no one ever answers the phone. if anyone had paid the fee and their box works the same as before please let me know.
