I recently stayed at The St. Regis Mexico City and had an average experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and not very attentive. The food at the restaurant was also just average. Overall, I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.
