First, this place is completely over priced for the amount of time you generally spend there, and the exhibit isn't that large either.
Second, the women in the gift shop were rude and have no customer service skills. We purchased a butterfly kite and were attempting to put it together outside when we realized there weren't any instructions. I'd like to think of myself as a smart capable mom and I could not figure out how the kite went together. I then went into the gift shop and explained it didn't have instructions, the woman then replied with "well it's for kids it can't be that hard to figure it out". So I walked away and my husband and I tried for another 5 minutes then decided we should just return it since there aren't any instructions or even a picture that gives any clue how to put it together. The woman then told us they do not give refunds. We left the kite with them anyways and left. Very disappointing experience, we definitely will not be returning.
