I have been using a helpdesk tool for a while now and recently switched to Whatdesk. The software is great and offers all the features I need to efficiently handle customer support. Whatdesk has a clean and intuitive interface, making it easy to navigate and use. It has definitely improved our support process, and I am very satisfied with my experience so far.
