The service at Noelle Styles Salon is average. I expected more from a high-end salon like this. The stylists were skilled, but the overall experience was underwhelming. The salon was noisy and crowded, and I felt like I wasn't given enough attention. Maybe it was just an off day, but I don't think I'll be returning.
