New Day Yoga is a fantastic yoga studio. The instructors are friendly and professional, always willing to help and provide modifications when needed. The studio is clean and spacious, with plenty of props available. I love the variety of classes offered, catering to different skill levels and interests. I've been a member for over a year and it has greatly improved my practice. Highly recommended!
