Terrible place to work , I would say 80% of all the workers in the shop are payed minimum or only a couple cents more , plant manger is a selfish person not gonna say his name for privacy but all he cares for is making money for him & the company & try s to pay the employees the least amount of money . Also if your Latino, European, Asian etc they will treat you different in a bad way they denied it but they perfer Americans 100% & that s totally not okay . I know a lot of friends that also worked there in the past that we re making $11 an hr & they had about 4-5 years working there again they were not Americans. One time I asked for a raise & they were trying to give me 10cents like are u serious. Overall terrible place they don t treat u like family like how they say
