I recently stayed at Peters das genusshotel in der wingst and I have to say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, but there wasn't anything particularly outstanding about the hotel. The food at the restaurant was decent, but nothing to write home about. Overall, it was an average stay.
