I have been using Network genius for a few months ...

I have been using Network genius for a few months now and I must say, they are average. The service provided is satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, but I wish they were a bit more knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate them as average.
