If I could give a minus star, it would represent my contact with this facility. They are an insult to the profession. They do not return calls and if you call back, you are told you lost your place and it would takes even longer. When asked why it took so long, the response was they receive 500 calls a month and need to check out insurance; so obviously insurance is more important than the patient!
This center is unprofessional and uncaring. If initial contact with the receptionist and office manager is an indication of this facility, this is not a place you want to get help. Do not waste your time. They are listed with Psychology Today which is a trusted magazine for the profession but they should be removed from their list. And if they receive 500 calls a month, there is a mental health epidemic in Columbus!
