. Overpriced entrance fee. We felt pestered to spend more money constantly even after getting the pass. The park looks cheap. Food is way below Japanese standard. The only good thing is flower and light show; but even that is not worth the hefty price (I would rather spend the money on some good food outside the park). Contrast with shinjuku gyoen where the entrance fee is only 200 yen and the view is better. Or compare with any international flower show. Or Disney, which I went to last week and had lots of fun just walking around and doing nothing much. It's worth visiting if entrance was ~500 yen.

I would only recommend the park to 50+ year olds who have never traveled outside of Kyushu their entire life. Beware the floor is very uneven.
