Gross Malcolm is an average law firm. They provide the basic legal services that you would expect from any attorney. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the lawyers to be somewhat unresponsive to my needs. They did not communicate with me regularly and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, my experience with Gross Malcolm was just okay.
