I have had a mixed experience with Skyworth Qunxin. While their products are of good quality, I have faced some issues with their customer service. There were delays in responding to my queries and the process of getting a refund for a faulty product was quite lengthy. However, I appreciate the effort they put into resolving the issues eventually.
