Fitness West INC is an okay gym. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. The equipment is decent, but sometimes it feels outdated. The trainers are knowledgeable, but I wish they were more motivating. The group classes are okay, but there could be more options. Overall, it's an average gym.
