Pilates Plus is a fantastic studio with amazing instructors who truly care about their clients. The classes are challenging but fun, and the studio environment is welcoming and inclusive. I love the incorporation of emojis in the workouts, it adds an element of creativity and enjoyment. I have seen great improvements in my strength and overall fitness since joining Pilates Plus.
