I would rate Toronto Hydro Telecom as average. The company provides decent services, but there is definitely room for improvement. The internet speed is satisfactory, but there are occasional interruptions that can be frustrating. The customer service is also just average, as sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, Toronto Hydro Telecom is an okay company.
