The bookstore had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful in finding the book I had in mind, and they even suggested similar titles that I ended up loving! The only suggestion I have is to have more seating areas for customers to relax and read. Overall, it was a great experience at Grand Valley Books.
