I have had to call AAA more times than I d like to admit (I had an accident a couple years ago that left me with very few long term memory and left my short term memory on the fritz... I guess a 15 foot fall, landing on your head on a concrete slab will do that to you! Lol). I digress, so I ve had to call probably once a month recently for a jump, a screw in the tire once, and/or to unlock my car. They, as y all probably know, estimate time of arrival when you call roadside. Damn near every time they are 10+ minutes early, only once did they not arrive prior to the estimated ETA, and that time they made it 1 minute after. The service techs that have come out have all been very good; they ve been sociable, kind, honest, and efficient. Always making sure I understand what they are doing and why. The last guy I had, after checking my battery, made the call to put in a new battery which cost me nothing (even though it was probably my fault because I d let it die multiple times. It was their battery that was in there, that s why it was free.). Like I said, they do quality work and are very prompt and efficient with their time and mine. I would recommend a membership to anyone I know, it s well worth the cost, especially if you are a single female!
