John Wai Kung Fu Academy is not only the BEST place to get an amazing work out, but it is also like having another family. The instructors are so caring about each person, and they really push you to get to that next level. They go above and beyond, and always give 110%. As far as the work outs go, I remember when I first joined I couldn't even do a girl push up! However, now that isn't the case. I honestly wouldn't recommend any other place, because I am proud to say that I am a student at JWKFA!!
