Very easy to set up an account. Did that on my smartphone on holiday. So far I shifted part of my savings to go&grow and am very satisfied with the procedure and the visual growth of my account. I will continue to put money there.
The possibility of having interest credited to the account instead of being accumulated would be interesting as it would give the possibility to have it taxed right away rather than in the future.
