New banking system is terrible. To put new system in during Covid -19 was a crazy idea. People out out of work, Kids unable to go to school and implement long distance learning are difficult enough. Dealing with a new banking system showed a total lack of respect towards their customers. The reason I am still banking with them are the employees.
