I have been a customer of Ams Industries INC for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they get the job done, their response time is not as quick as I would like. I often have to wait several days for a reply to my inquiries. However, their products are of good quality and I have never had any issues with them. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
