I started training in Aikido a few months ago and I'm really enjoying it. Aikido New School is a fantastic place to learn and practice this martial art. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and they create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. The techniques taught here are effective and practical, and I'm already feeling more confident in my ability to defend myself. The classes are well-structured and challenging, but the instructors make sure everyone feels comfortable and progresses at their own pace.
