I had a rather mixed experience with Delic. While their products are of good quality, their customer service needs improvement. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries and the delivery was delayed. However, I appreciate their efforts in resolving the issue and they did compensate for the inconvenience caused. Overall, I would rate Delic as an average company.
