I had an average experience shopping at Dover Rug and Home. The selection of rugs was limited compared to what I was expecting. The staff was friendly, but not as knowledgeable as I had hoped. The quality of the rug I purchased was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I wasn't overly impressed with my experience.
