I had a mixed experience with Legal Forms America. While the website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of legal forms, I found some of the instructions to be unclear and confusing. It took me longer than expected to complete the forms properly. However, the customer support team was helpful and provided guidance when I needed it. There is room for improvement, but overall, it was an average experience.
