Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the chefs at Latest Recipe ensure that it is also the tastiest. I ve always preferred a light and spare meal at the beginning of the day but the sheer amount of mouth-watering items available made me fill up like it was my last day on Earth. The variety isn t lacking in any way either. For the first time, I ate Rajasthani food in a five-star restaurant that didn t taste like it was made for someone who is allergic to spices. It retained all the texture you d expect of the real thing without compromising on the hot stuff.
The selection of breads and cheeses is amazing and so is the Lebanese counter, where you can have a go at making your own pita pockets. There are also many gluten free options (including muffins), which is something you rarely get to see in India.
