I've been a loyal customer of Kalorel for many years and I can confidently say that their service is average. They have a fairly good selection of products and their prices are affordable. However, the customer support could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected to get assistance. Overall, I would rate Kalorel as an average company.
