I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate ADKINS INSURANCE SOLUTIONS as average. Their customer service is satisfactory, and they have a good range of insurance options to choose from. However, I feel that they can improve on their claim settlement process, as it took longer than expected for my claim to be processed. Overall, it's an okay experience with room for improvement.
