I recently tried Kiehl's since 1851 products and unfortunately, they didn't work well for me. 😐 My skin didn't react positively to their products, and I experienced some irritation. The customer service, however, was excellent. They were very understanding and offered me a refund. While Kiehl's may work for others, it didn't suit my skin.
