I had a mixed experience with Best in the house tickets. The website was easy to use and I found the ticket prices to be decent. However, the customer service was lacking. When I had an issue with my tickets, it took a long time to get a response and the problem was not resolved to my satisfaction. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
