💁‍♀️ As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with a deck-building company for my backyard project, and I decided to go with Affordable decks. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the range of deck styles and materials they offered. The process of getting a quote was straightforward, and their prices were indeed affordable compared to other companies.

However, I found the communication to be lacking. It took a few follow-up emails and calls to get a response. Once the work started, the team was efficient and completed the project within the promised timeframe. The quality of the deck is satisfactory with no major issues.

While I didn't have any major complaints, I believe there is room for improvement in customer service and communication. Nonetheless, considering the price, I would still recommend Affordable decks for those looking for a budget-friendly option. ✔️👍
