I recently visited a vascular surgeon at The Vein and Vascular Institute of Spring Hill. I must say, my experience was average. The surgeon was knowledgeable and seemed to know what they were doing, but I expected a bit more. The communication could have been better, as I felt rushed during my appointment and my concerns were not fully addressed. Additionally, the website could use some improvement as it seemed outdated and navigating through it was not the most user-friendly experience. However, the office staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Overall, while my visit was satisfactory, I believe there are improvements that could be made to enhance the overall patient experience.
