I have been a member of Crossfit Pisgah for over 6 months now and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The workouts are challenging but scalable, allowing me to push myself without overdoing it. The sense of community is incredible and I feel like I belong. Highly recommend!
