I recently purchased a coat from this brand's website, and I have to say I was left with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the coat I bought is stylish and well-made. However, the website's checkout process was a bit confusing and took longer than expected. Additionally, the shipping time was longer than I'm used to, and the packaging was not as eco-friendly as I would have liked. Overall, the product is good quality, but the overall shopping experience was average.
