yeah this company is a total joke, they hire people like Kate Hurlocker to manage their property. They hire completely incapable and unfit people for positions and then laugh at the residences while they reap the rewards of the HOA payments and the residents are stuck with the most worthless building manager in the world, Kate Hurlocker. The company isa also unresponsive on top of that as they do not care to know how awful their staff is as they are not going to fix it. Just like the owner of CWD, the company is a joke.
