I recently used the services of a transportation company, and my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed. However, there were some communication issues with the customer service team, and it took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. The delivery process was also delayed, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the service was satisfactory but could be improved in terms of communication and timeliness.
