We purchased the chic trio at the Bergamo office in September 2019 (paid 300) for the birth of our baby, and last month we encountered a problem during opening after having closed it normally. Last week I called to ask for explanations and or indications on the repair by sending photos. Today I am given the answer indicating that it is not a factory defect but of excessive load. I am assuming that my son is now 10 months old and weighs about 10 kg, besides him no one has risen. So I wonder what range does it have? In addition, they tell me they have a new frame to buy at the price of 270 .
I believe I no longer buy anything from them.
