I have mixed feelings about my recent purchase from Shelly's Dressers LLC. On one hand, the dresser is well-built and sturdy. On the other hand, the delivery process was delayed and the customer service was lacking. I expected better communication and a smoother overall experience. However, the quality of the dresser itself is good, so I give them an average rating.
