I switched to Health One Credit Union last year and I have had an average experience overall. The staff has been helpful, but sometimes I find it difficult to reach them during peak hours. The online banking platform is decent, but I have encountered a few glitches. While Health One Credit Union meets my basic banking needs, there is room for improvement.
