Terrible customer service. So aloof and ignorant. They didn't even want to bother checking if my insurance covered the cost of my medication. I told them to check anyway, and the lady who took my card coughed in the hand she was holding my card in. No mask. Thanks. I should have refused the medication but it's unfortunately the only pharmacy that had it. Plus they gave me the wrong syringe needles for a previous prescription. As a nurse I had to explain to them why different needle sizes are used for different meds/purposes. Terrible.
