Bewildered by the lack of professionalism of the internal medicine ward nursing staff. Rooms temporarily moved together with another department, poor cleaning despite a Covid case. Screams, chants, whistles, music in the corridors, even fake announcements made as a joke. I will consider the details for a complaint, at least to the press. Intolerable.
