I recently went on a safari with a company I found online. The experience was great and the wildlife sightings were amazing. However, the website for the company, jointsafaris.com, was not user-friendly and it was difficult to navigate and find information. But once I contacted the customer service, they were helpful and provided all the necessary details. I would recommend booking directly with them instead of relying on their website.
