My visit to Big World Zoo was quite interesting. I had a mixed experience overall. The animal enclosures were well-maintained and the variety of species was impressive. However, the ticket prices were a bit steep for what was offered. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were moments where I felt they could have been more informative. It's a decent place to spend a day, but there is room for improvement.
