Kudos to Ted Funk. I took my Lexus NX300t into the dealership Friday, December 13, 2019 for a 20,000 mileage service. Ted was most helpful in the signing in process and completing a request for a loaner while my car was there for service. He was very friendly, courteous, and on point with all details pertaining to my visit. In fact all personnel that I ran into that day went out of their way to be helpful and most kind. I always take my car for service to this location where I initially made the purchase. Thank you Hendrick Northlake for excellent service and accountability.
